A minor felony in the State of Georgia is a crime with the maximum penalty is a fine over $1000.00 and/or 1 year or more to serve in jail on each charge.

Minor felonies may include but are not limited to the following:

  • DUI
  • Domestic Disputes
  • Theft Cases
  • Property Damage
  • Drug Cases
